About Me

About Me

I’ve always been drawn to clarity — in data, in systems, and in the way people learn. I didn’t build my career in a straight line; in fact, it has been anything but. Yet every twist taught me something essential about how to turn complexity into calm, and that philosophy sits at the heart of StraightLine Data & Training.

My background spans SAP Business One consultancy, data analysis, Power BI, and years of educating cricket officials and coaches. On the surface, these might look like very different worlds, but they share the same foundation: people trying to make sense of information so they can act with confidence.

And here’s the thing — clarity changes everything.

Why I Do What I Do

After rebuilding my life during one of its most difficult chapters, I learned that my real strength lies in helping others see the road ahead more clearly, without noise, judgement, or jargon. That applies whether I’m untangling a messy database, guiding a business through a SAP B1 issue, or helping a new umpire feel brave enough to make their first decision under pressure.

I bring that same calm, direct honesty to every project: no hidden agendas, no confusing language, no corporate theatrics — just genuine collaboration and practical solutions.

How I Work

People often tell me I make complex things feel approachable. I take the time to understand how you think, where you get stuck, and what success really looks like for your team. Then I build something that fits — not a generic template, not a jargon-filled manual, but a solution that works for real people doing real work.

Confidence is a muscle, and I like seeing people leave a session — even a long, tough one — with a smile, sharper skills, and a plan.

A Straight Line Isn’t Always Straight

The irony isn’t lost on me: my company name is StraightLine, yet my path wasn’t. But that’s why I’m here — to help others find the clarity I had to fight for. And if I can make that journey easier for you or your team, then I’m doing exactly what I’m meant to do.
